All-Women’s Classes follow the DirtFish curriculum with professional instruction, rally-prepared cars, and progressive exercises on loose surfaces. The difference is the environment: a class made up of women who are there to learn, push themselves, and share the experience.

Rally has never been just for the boys

In 2022, we launched our official DirtFish Women in Motorsport initiative, bringing some of the world’s top women in the sport to our doors.

Alongside the deeply experienced women in the sport stood young women itching to get involved.

That’s where we stepped in.

Our Mission

To empower women to dive into motorsport, and to celebrate those paving the way.

“We know the importance of this initiative. We see it every time we fill an All-Women’s Program, every time the Summit grows, and every time we’re approched by a young person who asks ‘girls can do this too?’ It’s time we look deeply at what needs to shift in our industry, and that we be the ones to push for it. Even if people say no, it’s up to us to change their minds.“

“DirtFish has been on my radar for a number of years. I didn’t even know that DirtFish offered all-women’s courses, and once I found out, I knew I had to get there. 

I found myself in an environment of encouragement, of learning from supportive instructors, where my only competition was my own mental measuring stick and conscience pushing me to do better. I felt like my own knowledge was assessed and education presented from that point on. I still had every opportunity to ask for additional input without judgment.
The value-add of being in an all-women’s course is hard to quantify… a class with XYZ and yet distinctly missing ABC... For me, it provided a learning experience of heart-racing, “$#!% yeah!” yellin’ , pure joy 🙂
