DirtFish has chosen four local organizations to be our officially-designated DirtFish Charities. Each organization is dear to our rally hearts in some form or another, whether it be our sheer love of all animals, doing what we can to ensure children know and reach their potential, veterans with missing limbs and accommodating them in our driving programs, or the many steps we take to protect our environment, we are incredibly thankful for what they do. We will be donating to all of them at select times throughout the year with promotions, special events and… what’s the best part? During our famous Holiday Sale in December, students can simply choose which organization they would like to contribute to… ON TOP of DirtFish donating 3% of each driving program sold!

Old Dog Haven
Founded in 2004, Old Dog Haven provides loving, safe homes for senior dogs, age 8 and up, who have been abandoned at shelters or will become homeless at this stage of their lives. We intend to keep these dogs as healthy and comfortable as possible by providing excellent veterinary care, without heroic measures intended only to extend life. The Old Dog Haven goal is to provide safe, loving homes for abandoned senior dogs who have almost zero chance of adoption in a shelter. Old Dog Haven does not have a kennel; dogs live in homes as members of temporary or permanent (Final Refuge) families. ODH adopts out dogs that have a reasonable life expectancy; however, more than 90% of the dogs are Final Refuge (permanent foster) or hospice residents – too frail, old or sick for adoption. ODH’s mission is to give these dogs a loving family and good quality of life in their final months, years, weeks or even days.
